We invite you to submit your artwork for our annual awards and art exhibition.

Kindly review the WASA Terms & Conditions thoroughly and choose the artwork you want to display at the exhibition.

Please submit a photo of each piece of artwork along with its name during registration.

How to fill out and email your forms

Once you have filled out the form online...

1. On the right hand corner of the word document there is a download button (look for downward arrow).

2. Once downloaded go to your download folder on your computer. The filled our PDF will be saved there.

3. You can either drag or copy PDF to your desktop or a folder.

4. Attach to email and send.
