Mindscape 2026 Schedule
- Wednesday, 14. October: Email notification of successful schools and finalists
- Wednesday, 21. October, 8.30am-12pm: Delivery and setting up of exhibition space (Daniel’s team), plus delivery of artworks (framed and ready to hang)
- Setting up/hanging the exhibition, Wednesday, 21. October, after lunch into the arvo
- Labelling of artwork, Thursday, 22. October (morning), and final tweaking of exhibits if required
- Judging of artwork, Thursday (22. October) after lunch or Friday morning (23. Oct.) by a panel of judges
- Thursday evening, 22. October: Exhibition stands and Prize winners are selected. Winning schools will be notified about their Prize winners (but not which Prize), so students can be arranged to be present at the Prize Ceremony
- Sunday, 25. October, 1.30-3pm: Official Opening and Awards/Prize Ceremony
- Exhibition open to the public: Monday, 26. October until Friday, 13. November (weekdays during business hours, 9am-5pm)
- Friday: 13. November: artwork take down / student artwork collection (preferably after lunch/afternoon). This concludes the WASA activities at Allendale Square
